Brad Mahon maintains a broad commercial real estate and banking practice. He has substantial experience in property acquisitions and sales, commercial and retail development projects, leasing and property management, sale/leaseback transactions, commercial and real estate lending (both lender and borrower representation), and loan restructures and debt workouts. Mr. Mahon also has a wide background in general business and corporate transactions. Mr. Mahon began his legal career at Thompson & Knight in Dallas, Texas in 1981 and became associated with Haynes and Boone in its Fort Worth office in 1985, where he was elected partner in 1989 and served as Partner-in-Charge of its Fort Worth office for two years. He served for six years on the State Bar of Texas Real Estate Forms Committee and as a contributing author of the Texas Real Estate Forms Manual.
