Rob Keffler represents predominantly privately-held businesses in all phases of their legal needs, including formation and organization, capital raising and borrowing activities, employment agreements, contract negotiations, real estate and business acquisitions and dispositions, partnerships and joint ventures, sales of securities in private transactions, trademark and technology licensing and product distribution. Mr. Keffler also has significant experience counseling franchise companies and franchise operators. From August 1981 to April 1990, Mr. Keffler was associated with and later a partner in the Fort Worth law firm of McLean and Sanders (now Brackett & Ellis). On May 1, 1990, Mr. Keffler joined the law firm of Haynes and Boone in its Fort Worth office and practiced law with that firm until June 1992.
