Matt Goetz maintains a diverse business litigation practice. He has extensive experience in all phases of commercial litigation before trial and appellate courts. He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial matters including oil and gas litigation, construction litigation, business torts, real estate disputes, and contract disputes. Mr. Goetz worked as a petroleum engineer for a major oil company in Texas for seven years prior to entering the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Murphy Mahon Keffler & Farrier in 1998, Mr. Goetz worked for Haynes and Boone in Fort Worth.
